Military Sexual Trauma (MST)

Support for Survivors and Their Families

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide compassionate, confidential, and veteran-led support to survivors of Military Sexual Trauma (MST) and their families. We are committed to restoring dignity, rebuilding trust, and empowering healing through trauma-informed care, peer connection, and family-centered services.

We believe that healing happens in community. No survivor should face the impact of MST alone — and no family should struggle without guidance, education, and support.

What is Military Sexual Trauma (MST)?

Military Sexual Trauma refers to sexual assault or repeated, threatening sexual harassment experienced during military service. MST can affect service members of any gender, rank, branch, or era of service. Its impact can be immediate or emerge years later.

Survivors may experience:

  • Post-traumatic stress (PTSD)
  • Depression or anxiety
  • Substance misuse
  • Relationship challenges
  • Trust and intimacy difficulties
  • Sleep disturbances or hypervigilance
  • Suicidal thoughts or emotional withdrawal

The effects of MST often extend beyond the individual survivor and impact spouses, partners, children, caregivers, and extended family members.
