Military & Veterans Family Mental Wellness Program

Our Mission

The Mission of the Military & Veterans Family Mental Wellness Program is to strengthen, support, and sustain the psychological health and resilience of military service members, veterans, and their families across all stages of life.

We are committed to preventing suicide, reducing isolation, and addressing the unique mental health challenges faced by military-connected families — including those impacted by combat stress, Military Sexual Trauma (MST), caregiving burdens, aging-related mental health concerns, and service-connected disabilities.

As a veteran-led initiative, we honor the lived experiences of those who served and those who stand beside them. Our mission is rooted in compassion, cultural competence, and a belief that family wellness is foundational to veteran wellness.

Our Scope

The Military & Veterans Family Mental Wellness Program provides comprehensive, culturally informed support services that include:

1. Family-Centered Mental Health Support

2. Caregiver & Spouse Support

3. Support for Elder & High-Risk Veterans

4. Youth & Intergenerational Support

5. Community Education & Prevention
